Role:Senior Level Dot Net Consultant with LDAP                      

Location: Raleigh NC

Client: Healthcare

Duration: Long Term

NOTE: NEED ONLY EAD, GC, EAD-GC, USC ONLY ----NO H1B

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose: Design, integrate, and develop enterprise identity and access management solution per the proposed architecture. 

Responsibilities: 

* Design and develop authentication, password recovery features 
* Write technical design and system documentation as needed 
* Conduct peer code review as needed 
* Perform development, unit testing and system analysis task as directed 

Required knowledge, skill and abilities: 
* Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software design and development relevant experience 
* Very strong programming/debugging skill on .NET 
* Strong development skills in the Active directory/LDAP, familiar with Microsoft Directory Services interface 
* Comprehensive knowledge of building RESTful web services 
* Familiar with encryption/hashing technologies 
* Understand the essential of building secure software 
* Experience of the Windows platform and its components, along with IIS 
* Excellent relational database development using SQL Server or Oracle 
* Ability to script and automate process and procedure using PowerShell 
* Knowledge of authentication methodologies: SSO, Active Directory, and/or LDAP, Kerberos 
* Experience building scalable backend systems, proven work experience of implementing stable, robust solution quickly and
efficiently 
* Strong problem solving skills including the ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting 
* Excellent communication, documentation skills
