·        .NET development experience, VB.Net and/or C# Required

·        4 year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study Highly desired

·        ASP.NET MVC (C#/VB.NET) with Razor experience Required

·        ASP.Net web application development Required

·        Visual Studio (combination of 2008, 2013 and/or above) Required

·        Database modeling/development experience; experience with SQL Server Highly desired

·        Strong analytical and communication skills Required

·        Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 and Bootstrap framework  Highly desired

·        Prior experience with Granting systems Highly desired
